Accessibility
Last updated October 21, 2026. This page describes features that are actually in the templates. It is not a conformance certificate.
What the pages include
- A skip link at the start of each page moves keyboard focus to the main content.
- The header, navigation, main area, and footer use those HTML regions. Guides are articles with one heading level sequence.
- The menu can be used with a keyboard. Escape closes the mobile navigation and the Tools menu. Focus is not trapped inside them.
- Buttons and fields have visible labels. Search, protocol choices, and checklist items are labeled. The copy action reports its result in a status message.
- Focus is drawn with a visible outline.
- Text and the layout reflow on narrow screens. Tables that compare protocols can be scrolled sideways when they are wider than the viewport.
- The comparison, the error list, and the guides remain readable if JavaScript does not run. The connection summary generator needs JavaScript and says so. Its reference table does not.
- Animations are not required. If the system asks for reduced motion, smooth scrolling is turned off.
- Color is not the only way a selected protocol row or a pressed filter is indicated. Selected controls also change weight or text.
Known limits
The protocol comparison is a wide table. Screen magnification and a phone will require horizontal scrolling. The error finder, after JavaScript runs, shows one problem at a time so the page is easier to scan. Without JavaScript, every problem is expanded. Neither behavior has been certified by an outside auditor.
Winsaip does not claim WCAG conformance, a VPAT, or any other formal accessibility certification. Those documents have not been produced.
